Reducing Atmospheric Heat Energy to address Global Warming

The planet is slowly heating up, causing 'global warming' and 'climate change' issues. The energy received from the Sun (ultraviolet wavelengths, visible light wavelengths, and infrared wavelengths) was roughly balanced with what was ongoing, until 'Progress' and the increase in population resulted in greenhouse gases (GHG) and other concerns that have changed the equation by blocking a portion of the outgoing infrared energy.

The greenhouse gases (GHG) -- carbon etc. -- are effectively reflecting heat back to the planet instead of allowing it to escape through the earth atmosphere.

The Atmospheric Heat Reduction project implements equipment that converts a portion of the atmospheric heat energy to something less harmful such as visible light, which is not blocked by GHG so can be back on its way through the atmosphere to space.

Think of the atmospheric GHG as a roadblock stopping vehicles (heat energy) from leaving. The Atmospheric Heat Reduction project effectively lifts the vehicle off the road and allows it to continue by not letting the roadblock (GHG) stop it.
